DTH TRAINING EXECUTIVE

MANAGER
(Market Strategy and Analysis)
Responsible for supporting the positioning, marketing and distribution of HBO and Cinemax. Diversified duties include monitoring and responding to competitive developments, creating affiliate presentations and analyzing HBO/Cinemax sales and marketing programs. Will work on special projects, including MSO-specific analyses and state-of-the-industry presentations, for the sales force and senior management. Knowledge of industry information sources, HBO databases (SMART/AIM, CDB) and strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Experience with Macintosh spreadsheets and presentation graphics packages (Excel, Word, Power Point) and the ability to handle multiple projects with limited supervision are required. MBA preferred.

MARKETING MANAGER

Reports to two Marketing Directors, Home Video/Rental and Home Video/Sell-Through and New Media. Primary responsibilities include budget tracking, creative materials management and competitive analysis for both new release and library titles. Other responsibilities include producing marketing trailers, managing title release schedules, developing sales presentations, maintaining monthly activity reports and working with internal departments and other Time Warner divisions to take advantage of corporate resources. Also responsible for the development and distribution of marketing communications, including press releases. Some travel. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage functional reports, knowledge of operations (video and print production), familiarity with media planning and buying, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
